This was the biggest commercial Project that J.Flynn Contracting has been hired for thus far. Formally Stella’s bar, the new owner of the building decided to convert this into a modern commercial space where businesses could operate in the heart of downtown st Catharines. We were hired to be the general contractor on site which meant we were at the forefront of this project. It was our responsibility to deal directly with the respectful trades, engineers and inspectors. We needed to meet tight deadlines and make sure everything ran as smooth as possible.  It was crucial that we were able to adapt to any issues and be willing to think outside the box whenever necessary. This building now holds a contemporary office space on the upper level, followed by a colourful and authentic Mexican restaurant on the main level.. They put a lot of trust in our team, and this turned out to be such a rewarding experience.
