This project holds close to J.Flynn Contracting as it is actually the owner’s first home. It was decided that a garage addition would be a great idea which would allow more storage and more of a cosmetic touch to the home.  This job required permits, excavating, concrete foundations, walls, stucco, siding, roofing etc. If you notice you can see that the garage has both a front and a back door which would allow you to go directly to the backyard with any type of machinery or vehicle if needed. This is something you don’t normally see but Jordan knew it would be very beneficial for the future owners. Working with our team, we were able to create this beautiful attached garage and this was a big selling feature when it was time part ways with it.
